SARA QUINTERO
Sara Quintero made her mark in the pool during her years at Sagemont Prep, where she quickly rose as one of the schoolβs top student-athletes. Training with the South Florida Aquatic Club, she was named Nike Swimmer of the Month at just 10 years old and went on to earn multiple high-point awards and podium finishes at Florida Gold Coast competitions. At Sagemont, she became known for her endurance in distance freestyle and her versatility in the individual medley and butterfly, setting personal bests that ranked among the best in the region.
After graduating, Sara took her talents to Nova Southeastern University, where she continues to thrive as a collegiate swimmer for the NSU Sharks. As a sophomore, she placed 6th in the 400-yard Individual Medley at the Sunshine State Conference Championships, building on the foundation she established in high school. Her dedication, work ethic, and leadership in and out of the pool make her an excellent representative of Sagemont Prepβs tradition of excellence.
