2025 1954 Football | Baseball

Kenneth Shore graduated from R. J. Reynolds High School in 1954. He was a member of both the baseball and football teams and won All Conference and All State. He was the leading scorer among city high school players and named to the All-Southern High School Football Team.  Shore was voted Most Valuable Player in the Western Conference of AAA football and played for the West Team in the All-Star Game. Shore earned a football scholarship, playing for the University of South Carolina.
