2023 1941 Football | Track

Was a member of the track team and captain of the football team in 1940.  Was a three-time state champion in the 440 meters.  Received a scholarship to UNC but did not attend because of World War II.  He had a long career in education and remained involved with track his entire life.   He set records in the Montana Senior Games for the 60 and 100-meter sprints for the 85-89 age group.
