Kip has been fortunate to coach basketball for the last 25 years now. He started his career in Manton where he coached JV Boys and Girls followed by several years with the Middle School programs.  When he moved to Cadillac, he became the JV Girls Basketball coach for two years followed by three years as the Varsity Girls Basketball head coach. He then switched to the Middle School Boys Basketball program where he coaches the 8th grade team and assists the Varsity Boys Basketball program. Kip played basketball all through his Middle and High School years.  After graduating, he played one year of basketball at Gogebic Community College in Ironwood. He is thankful for the opportunity to coach the kids in Cadillac!
