Holly Franklin brings over 20 years of coaching experience across multiple levels of competitive volleyball. Her coaching career began in 1998 at Cadillac, where she led 8th- and 9th-grade teams through 2002, establishing the foundation for her long-standing commitment to athlete development and program excellence. Throughout her early career, she gained experience coaching at every level from 8th Grade through Varsity, building a versatile and well-rounded coaching background. In 2007, Holly returned to Cadillac as an Assistant Varsity Coach before accepting a Varsity Head Coaching position at a neighboring school. After taking time off to focus on her young family, she rejoined the Cadillac Volleyball program in 2021 as an Assistant Varsity Coach.
Holly assumed leadership of the Freshman team in 2022, delivering an outstanding 41–2–2 record and then advanced to the JV level, continuing her consistent success:
    •    2023 JV: 25–7–2
    •    2024 JV: 21–10–1
    •    2025 JV: 20–7–1
Across every role, Holly has demonstrated strong leadership, a commitment to fundamentals, and a proven ability to build competitive, cohesive teams. Most recently she was named the Sub-Varsity Regional Coach of the Year in 2025.
