Competed in the 2023 NCAA Division III Indoor Track & Field Championship.

He joined Jason Rappazzo and Ezra Ruggles on the Distance Medley Relay Championship team.

Hoare was the 3rd runner on the team and helped them obtain their 9:48.39 time, claiming his first National Championship.
