Andrews was the final member of the Championship Distance Medley Relay team, joining Ezra Ruggles, Jason Rappazzo, and Stephen Hoare to win his first National Championship.

He was the 4th member in the race for the team and managed to close out the race well, securing the teams 9:48.39 time.
