Holtzman is the last to be mentioned on the distance medley relay team that saw himself, Issac Garcia-Cassani, Gillan Faulkner, & Zack Hannahoe win the championship.

He was the first runner on the team and helped get them off on the right foot, helping the team reach their time of 9:56.63.

They won the championship at the 2018 NCAA Division III Indoor Track & Field Championships.
