2023 Men's Golf 2008-2009

FIRST MEN’S GOLF NWAC CHAMPION (2008-09). Coached by: Michael Chupka

Being the son of a tour pro, Andrew has been involved in golf for most of his life. He has dabbled in every part of golf possible—playing, caddying, logo design, lead tape, hickory golf. He does all of them very well. After high school Andrew attended Southwestern Oregon Community College where he captured the 2009 NWAC individual title with rounds 66-68 at Veteran’s Memorial G.C. in Walla Walla, WA. He then took a swing professionally on the Dakotas Tour in 2010, but soon returned to school at Eastern Washington, which didn’t have a golf team at that point. Von Lossow opened the Glen Cove Trading Company, which specializes in golf hats, shirts, apparel and other items, often for courses or tournaments in the Pacific Northwest. Von Lossow has competed in many tournaments, including U.S. Amateur where he defeated the 2nd seed in the tournament and number 1 amateur in the world at that time. He has some unique accomplishments on his golf resume. He had a ridiculous streak of five holes-in-one in roughly 13 months, including aces on the same hold at Wine Valley on consecutive days. He also captured the U.S. Hickory Open (hickory-shafted clubs) at Gearhart, Oregon Golf Links. Von Lossow resides in Spokane, WA
