Basketball and Track & Field

• 2x Maryland State Champion in the Long Jump 1981 & 1982        

• Held school records in 100 & 200 yard dashes at graduation       

• Held school basketball scoring & rebounding record until 1990’s        

• Attended Mount St. Mary’s University        

• Played basketball and track & field at Mt. St. Mary’s        

• First woman to qualify for NCAA National Track Meet in Triple Jump for Mt. St. Mary’s        

• Earned National Participation Honors in Triple Jump Freshman year.        

• 4 year starter on basketball team        

• Left school as second all – time leading rebounder in school history
