Class of 2008

Track & Field

Erin McManus is a 2008 graduate. She was a member of the varsity cross country and indoor and outdoor track teams for nine seasons and was a part of the qualifying team for the state meet in each of those seasons. As a senior, she helped lead the Bulldogs to wins in the County and Regional cross country meets. In 2008, Ms. McManus was named a Nike Indoor Track All-American in the 4x800m relay and distance medley relay. She is part of the team that holds the school record in the 4x800m from 2008 to present. She was a member of the National Honor Society, Math Honor Society, and the Physics Team and a 2008 Class Valedictorian. She continued her running career at Vanderbilt University. Ms. McManus is married to Paul Orecchio and is a software engineer for Real-Time Innovations in Silicon Valley.
