Sherman A. Carter Community Service "Heavy Lifter" Award

Given in memory of Sherm Carter, a member of the WHS class of 1956. A long-time school board member and a dedicated volunteer to many organizations in Windsor. Sherman was a man who was always willing to lend a hand to those in need.
