'01 Basketball | Track

At Taylor High Mary Ellen was a standout member of the Girls Basketball Team, playing all four years. She also participated in Track and Field before heading to Miami University where she majored in Health and Physical Education. At Miami she was a member of the Field Hockey and Basketball team. Mary Ellen was an Officer of the Women's Athletic Association. She returned to Miami University in 1956 to teach and coach field hockey, basketball, tennis and softball.
