Rob Coxon is the epitome of professionalism and a student-centered athletic director who consistently puts the school ahead of himself. Coaches describe him as “everything you want as an AD” because he lets them coach, insulates them when needed, and makes sure every program gets the support and resources it needs.

He is deeply committed to equity, ensuring that all teams—boys’ and girls’, large and small—are treated fairly, and he has led the district’s National Girls and Women in Sports Day celebrations for several years, which has been especially meaningful to both families and staff. Always open to feedback and new ideas, Rob regularly shares articles and interviews from successful people inside and outside of athletics, modeling lifelong learning and quietly elevating the entire athletic community around him.
