Brad Hinson has transformed Cox Mill athletics by turning a clear, student-centered vision into daily reality for athletes, coaches, and families. He launched and scaled a Student-Athlete Leadership Cabinet with monthly GRIT-based programming, service projects, and peer support, creating a sustainable pipeline of student leaders who actively shape culture and serve as ambassadors across campus. Brad has also elevated the game-day and community experience by organizing multi-school jamborees, expanding corporate sponsorships, and professionalizing operations so every event feels first-class.

Behind the scenes, he has digitized compliance systems, standardized communication workflows, and built a comprehensive coaching support model with clear expectations, onboarding toolkits, and ongoing professional learning. Through it all, he centers equity, making sure every student—regardless of background or sport—has access to the same high-quality, values-driven athletic experience.
