Wayne (Ribsy) goes above and beyond, always giving up his own personal time to ensure everyone (students, staff, visitors) has a great extra-curricular experience at school.

Ribsy gives up his own time to run a golf tournament every year, with proceeds going to the general athletic fund. He is routinely at school before 6:00 am, getting concessions ready, and often still at school late at night cleaning. He puts in hours well beyond what his contract calls for and expects nothing in return.

Ribsy fosters equity and community by ensuring all teams, regardless of size or competitiveness, receive equal access to resources, facilities, and support. He also creates a positive schoolwide culture by organizing inclusive events that bring together athletes, families, and staff.
