Philip Przybyla is committed to building a Bureau Valley athletic culture that students, coaches, and families can be proud of, turning “Defend The Valley” from a slogan into something the entire community rallies around. He puts tremendous effort into making events like Meet the Storm, Pink Night, and Senior Nights feel special so every athlete feels seen and valued, whether they’re playing JV volleyball or varsity football. In a small, rural district where access can be a challenge, he works to remove barriers by adjusting practice schedules, coordinating transportation, and opening facilities so more students can participate and enjoy their experience. Philip has also modernized branding, video board content, social media, and weekly newsletters to give athletes a college-level experience while keeping families connected and informed. At the heart of his leadership is a people-first mindset, focused on making BV a place where every student feels supported, included, and proud to wear Bureau Valley across their chest.
