Kate Creekmore provides unwavering leadership and tireless support to Bixby Public Schools’ athletic community, consistently elevating the experience for student-athletes, coaches, and families. She has strengthened the overall program by organizing coach development sessions that improve communication and team culture, and by creating school-wide initiatives that bring families, teachers, and athletes together to build pride and professionalism. Committed to equity, Kate ensures that programs of all sizes receive fair access to resources, from advocating for facility upgrades to securing transportation and support for every team, while also encouraging each sport to participate in community outreach. She has redesigned game-day operations by assigning dedicated game managers to home events, implemented streamlined communication tools, and even pioneered NIL experiences for high school athletes. Rooted in dedication, vision, and heart, her leadership inspires the entire community to strive for excellence in an inclusive, supportive environment.
