Jonathan Dupuis is an athletic director who leads with integrity and servant leadership, consistently working to strengthen culture, connection, and opportunity across Sturgeon Bay athletics. When teams were operating in silos with inconsistent expectations, he brought all coaches together to develop a unified coaches’ handbook and moved everyone onto a single communication platform, improving accountability and building trust with athletes and families. He has deepened community engagement by organizing sponsored halftime contests that involve student sections, youth, and local businesses, and by launching a homecoming “reading initiative” where the football team visits elementary schools to read with younger students.

Jonathan has also addressed equity by implementing rotating access to training equipment so all programs benefit from high-quality resources. By creating the Sturgeon Bay Athletic Hall of Fame and emphasizing character development that prepares students for adversity in life, he continues to connect the program’s past, present, and future.
