Laura Grimm consistently strives to elevate the student-athlete experience at Bethel Park by leading with integrity, transparency, and a deep commitment to wellbeing. This year, she led one of the most comprehensive internal investigations of her career to protect athletes, rebuilding trust through clear communication, active listening, and a renewed focus on a healthy team environment where every athlete feels heard and valued. She has strengthened program alignment by implementing clearer expectations, handbooks, communication templates, and ongoing mentorship for coaches, which has improved operations and deepened partnerships with families, boosters, and the broader community.

Laura is intentional about equity—aligning resources, enforcing Title IX expectations, and guiding parent groups so that boys’ and girls’ programs receive consistent opportunities, facilities, and recognition. Much of her work happens quietly behind the scenes, but her steady leadership, problem-solving, and culture-building have made Bethel Park athletics more organized, inclusive, and community-centered.
