In his first year as athletic director at Kingsville R-1, Clayton Polson has transformed how the district communicates, celebrates, and connects around athletics. After bringing Gipper to the school, he boosted social media communication by more than 400% and began using branded graphics and posters to recognize athletes throughout the building. Clayton highlights both male and female athletes equally through Athlete of the Month features and creates graphics for every program, honoring achievements and traditions across all sports. By pairing Gipper with a Pro Solutions printer package, he has fostered a culture where “great achievements deserve to be celebrated,” helping drive increased participation in all sports.

Under his leadership—alongside his coaches—Kingsville R-1 earned its first-ever state placement in Missouri, making this new era of visibility, recognition, and pride a true game-changer for the district.
