Andrew Vire has used Gipper over the past several years to elevate Gravette athletics, putting in countless hours to help student-athletes get noticed in the community and beyond. He works intentionally to implement publicity strategies that recognize both athletes and coaches, while expanding the athletic budget and building strong relationships with sponsors to better support their needs. Committed to equity, Andrew ensures every sport and athlete is highlighted—regardless of popularity—and actively pursues opportunities to host postseason events that bring visitors into Gravette and support local businesses.

He also leads trainings that build rapport and collaboration within the coaching staff, encouraging shared athletes so students can remain multi-sport participants without pressure to specialize. Through thoughtful sponsorship packages and consistent promotion, he has strengthened partnerships that benefit athletes, coaches, and the wider Gravette community.
