Ryan Jasper works around the clock to ensure Monticello student-athletes have the best experience possible, leading with a vision that “there has never been a better time to be a Panther.” Under his leadership, the athletic department helped launch a student-led Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC), which creates leadership opportunities and connects younger students to high school sports through demonstrations and Q&A sessions. He has been a vocal advocate for capital improvements—especially at Ed Kennedy Field—and even created a virtual facility tour so students, families, and community members could clearly understand both current needs and long-term plans.

Ryan coordinated more than 600 varsity awards in a single year, building a culture where every athlete feels recognized, not just the stars. He also expands students’ horizons with experiences like a trip to Syracuse to meet college-level role models, reinforcing that athletics should offer life-shaping opportunities beyond the scoreboard.
