Bryan Applin leads district athletics at Schoolcraft with a focus on building a stronger, more intentional culture for students, families, and the community. He successfully advocated for and secured funding for a strength and conditioning program that grew from just 6 participants to 51 in two years, while actively setting culture standards and holding athletes and parents accountable to create a healthier environment. Bryan has rebranded the school’s athletic identity, rewritten core values, and fostered a culture of respect across athletes and coaches.

He has also upgraded facilities, moved ticketing to a digital platform, added point-of-sale systems for concessions and apparel, and secured a Nike contract that provides top-tier equipment while earning money back for the program. He does all of this while juggling a busy home life with his wife and two daughters, making any chance to recharge especially meaningful.
