Eric Rollings is a deeply supportive athletic director who goes above and beyond for Rock Hill High School’s programs, athletes, and their families. He actively promotes every sport through social media, encourages coaches and athletes to be their best on the field and in the community, and requires each team to participate in service projects—like delivering food to families in need during Thanksgiving and Christmas and serving throughout the year.

Eric is also highly involved at the state level, speaking on behalf of coaches, building community through staff gatherings, and working closely with Fellowship of Christian Athletes on campus. Known for literally rolling up his sleeves—such as climbing ladders and helping build the enclosed hitting facility—he models servant leadership in a way that longtime coaches describe as truly outstanding and rare.
