Trent Temple is a veteran athletic administrator who takes pride in working behind the scenes so student-athletes and coaches receive the recognition they deserve. He makes it a point to be present not just at games, but also at practices, team meetings, and offseason workouts, showing athletes they matter beyond wins and losses—something that meant a great deal during a difficult volleyball season where his consistent encouragement helped keep morale high and emphasized effort, character, and resilience over the scoreboard.

Trent has made equity a clear priority, adjusting practice schedules and transportation options so students without reliable rides can still participate, and advocating for uniform and equipment updates in lower-visibility programs so every athlete feels valued. He also collaborates closely with local youth leagues to align coaching clinics, share facilities, and build a consistent developmental pathway from youth sports through high school, strengthening both participation and school–community relationships.
