Known for jumping in without hesitation to fix whatever needs attention, he is always there for his coaches and staff, whether the issue is logistical, operational, or personal. Darrell makes a point to give the same level of effort and support to every sport, ensuring that all teams feel valued and receive the attention they deserve, regardless of profile or record. When resources are limited, he consistently finds creative solutions to keep programs moving forward, reflecting a problem-solving mindset rooted in care for his community.
