Clint Williams works tirelessly to ensure all Ralston students have access to a robust athletic program led by highly qualified, caring coaches who serve as mentors and help students reach their full potential. He has increased participation in sports and activities across the board by actively recruiting and encouraging students to get involved, while also partnering with community organizations and youth leagues to align goals and build a strong youth-to-high school pipeline. Proactive and fair in addressing equity and access, Clint is a fierce advocate for all students and consistently creates an environment where every athlete feels supported.

In addition to his demanding role as activities director, he never shirks his daily responsibilities as an assistant principal, remaining a visible, approachable fixture at Ralston High—even while navigating the added challenges of limited space during a major district-wide bond construction period.
