Randy Atiyeh has sacrificed his own time, energy, and family time to go above and beyond for Allentown’s student-athletes, especially those who need extra support. He has personally mentored a student-athlete with special needs who lost his mother, helping him earn his driver’s license, secure a job, and even surprising him on his first night of work at the grocery store. Randy also created meaningful opportunities for a student with a disability and speech impediment to grow into the full-time announcer at soccer games, turning fear of public speaking into a beloved presence in the stadium.

Through the Athletic Leadership Council, he leads top student-athletes in visiting elementary schools, senior centers, and more to serve the community. Recently, he spearheaded the installation of new video boards in the stadium and gym and spends hours creating Gipper content that highlights Allentown athletes “like celebrities,” continuing to serve even through serious health challenges.
