Jacob Holder puts his coaches and athletes first every single day, leading with kindness, humility, and a work ethic that quietly lifts the entire Pine Tree community. He’s the AD who shows up at the district golf tournament to personally grill burgers and hot dogs for more than 100 athletes, and who hosts an annual Thanksgiving meal for all coaches and their families so they can slow down and feel appreciated during the busiest stretch of the year. Jacob makes equity a priority, meeting with coaches individually, advocating for equipment and facilities for every program, and living out his belief that “all kids deserve the same opportunities,” whether they’re in a marquee sport or a smaller one.

He also streamlines scheduling, transportation, and communication systems and builds a true mentorship culture for coaches, creating an environment where people feel supported, connected, and able to be their best.
