Stephens County High School

Eric Sutulovich is focused on bringing hope, vision, and new opportunities to Stephens County, helping the community see just how great it can be. He has expanded participation by launching a girls flag football program that welcomed many students who hadn’t previously played sports, giving them a chance to compete, belong, and have fun—even in a rebuilding season. Eric also led the creation of a dedicated athletics app, making schedules, rosters, and news accessible for everyone and ensuring every program in the department feels included and valued as the first school in the region to do so.

Grounded in five core principles—Develop, Unified Culture, Community, Character, and Impact (D.U.C.C.I.)—and four growth pillars of weightroom, nutrition, mental health, and sleep, he draws on experience from little league to the NFL to build a holistic, athlete-centered culture at this Title I school.
