Edwin Garcia serves as the Campus Athletic Coordinator at Alexander High School, where he leads with a service-driven heart and a deep commitment to making a life-changing impact on athletes and their families. He goes far beyond wins and losses—mentoring players like Louie Quintero on his path to the Navy and supporting students such as William Omenski through difficult college decisions—so that character and long-term success stay at the center of the program. Edwin has helped turn 3600 E. Del Mar Blvd. into a true “We Are One” culture by organizing community-driven events like the Peanut Butter Bowl, Teacher Appreciation Nights, and feeder school outreach visits that unite students, families, and staff while raising thousands of donations and strengthening Bulldog pride. Through inclusive experiences, creative branding, and consistent presence in the lives of his athletes, he has become the steady heartbeat of Bulldog Nation.
