Tyson Sturza is recognized for his transformative leadership at Pasco Senior High, where he has reshaped how the athletic program supports its athletes, coaches, and families. He redesigned the entire fundraising model by launching a comprehensive, program-wide fundraiser that removed the burden of individual team fundraisers, easing financial pressure on families and ensuring all sports have equitable access to resources. Tyson has also strengthened recruitment and community engagement by coordinating outreach efforts at Ochoa Middle School, bringing coaches and current athletes to lunch visits that boost visibility, participation, and relationships with future Panthers.

Through structured feedback processes and ongoing support for coaches, he has built a culture of accountability, growth, and collaboration. Above all, Tyson is committed to creating a supportive, inclusive athletic environment whose impact extends well beyond wins and losses.
