Horizon Science Academy

Thomas Edwards is recognized for leading Horizon Science Academy through a pivotal period of growth, taking on the full-time role of athletic director with dedication and poise. He works closely with student-athletes and their families to help them understand the pathway to playing at the college level, meeting with them directly to explain expectations and ease the recruiting process. Thomas has also played a central role in raising funds for the school’s new athletic facility, securing sponsorships and donations that are transforming the program’s future.

On campus, he is a constant presence in the hallways, building relationships not only with athletes but with all students so they know they can come to him at any time. His passion is especially evident in helping the school prepare for its first true home basketball season after 25 years without an official home court.
