Rodney Brown is celebrated for his unwavering commitment to doing whatever it takes to serve student-athletes at John Stark. Recently honored as the New Hampshire State Athletic Director of the Year, he models servant leadership in tangible ways—from personally cutting grass and painting fields when the only field staff member was injured, to managing every other responsibility of a packed fall season without letting the program miss a beat. He founded the school’s Student Athlete Leadership Team, growing it from just 4 students to more than 30 athletes who help strengthen relationships and build a deeper sense of belonging across the school community. Rodney also supports vertical alignment by working closely with middle school programs and has elevated recognition for all teams through a strong social media presence using Gipper. Known for rarely taking time off, he consistently puts his athletes, coaches, and community first.
