As both athletic director and head football coach, Nick Hajjar has played a central role in growing and elevating North Union’s athletic program. Under his leadership, student participation has increased, facilities have been upgraded to first-class standards, and teams across the board are thriving. Nick is especially committed to equity and opportunity, overseeing a department that now offers more female sports than male sports and treating every program as essential to the school and community. He leverages tools like Gipper to promote teams and raise funds through sponsored posts, helping sustain and enhance the student-athlete experience. Beyond campus, Nick contributes to the Coach Beyond team at Ohio State, working to address the mental health needs of athletes—a reflection of his belief that supporting the whole person matters just as much as performance on the field.
