CHSD 155

Jason Bott is a dedicated athletic director who serves students, coaches, and families by building a culture of leadership, growth, and opportunity across CHSD 155. He created a before-school student leadership class specifically for student-athletes, helping them develop the skills and mindset to lead on their teams and in the wider school community. Jason also invests heavily in his coaches, providing ongoing education, thoughtful feedback, and open dialogue so the entire athletic department is continually improving.

He has embraced and expanded new opportunities by adding boys’ and girls’ lacrosse as well as girls’ flag football, ensuring the program keeps pace with students’ evolving interests. This year, he is piloting evening sessions for parents that mirror the leadership lessons he shares with athletes, while using Gipper-powered social media on X and Instagram to professionally highlight team successes.
