Drew Snelgrove has spent his career using creative storytelling to elevate small-school athletics and the student-athletes who are often overlooked. Long before tools like Gipper existed, he was building pro-level graphics and coverage that increased social media engagement, boosted game attendance, and helped small schools proudly celebrate their championships. By implementing consistent, high-quality visuals and messaging around teams, school purpose, and events, he has strengthened school spirit and brought students, families, and alumni back into the stands. Drew is committed to equity, ensuring every team—regardless of sport or size—receives recognition and a place in the story. Drawing on his background in leadership development, he has created captain mentorship programs, regular check-ins with athletic directors and coaches, and ongoing guidance for student-athletes as they weigh college or trade school paths, all centered on character-driven growth.
