For more than a decade as athletic director and 35 years as an educator in Lancaster City Schools, Pam Bosser has poured her time and energy into creating an outstanding experience for student-athletes. She works six days a week year-round, attending and managing home events and serving as the visible, steady presence that anchors Lancaster athletics. Pam has also strengthened community pride and inclusion by hosting an annual stadium pep rally that recognizes youth, junior high, and high school athletes and coaches, and by inviting female athletes from the 1950s and 1960s back to receive long-overdue varsity letters.

To ensure every program and athlete is seen, she leads a robust digital presence on X, Instagram, and Facebook, spotlighting events and individual accomplishments daily. In every setting, Pam shows up as Lancaster’s “number one cheerleader” for her athletes and community.
