ANDY OUDOMLITH

Athletic Director

Ashtabula Area City Schools

Andy Oudomlith has led Ashtabula athletics through one of the most challenging seasons in its history, guiding programs after a high school roof collapse displaced 900 students and left the district without a functioning high school gym. He has worked tirelessly to keep training and competition alive, partnering with the local YMCA so athletes could continue to lift and condition, and relocating equipment into a racquetball court to create an improvised weight room that kept standards high despite limited space.

With “home” contests now spread across junior high and neighboring high school facilities, Andy coordinates complex logistics so every team still has a place to practice and play. Even as insurance disputes and facility limitations drag on, he remains focused on one thing: making sure Ashtabula’s student-athletes are seen, supported, and able to compete.
