Falls Lake Academy

As Athletic Director at Falls Lake Academy, Weston Pearson has used Gipper to dramatically expand visibility for his student-athletes, growing the school’s social media presence to nearly 1,000 followers in under a year at a small 1A school. Some of the posts he creates now reach close to 13,000 views, giving athletes, teams, and their accomplishments a platform far beyond campus. Weston makes sure every program is included—from established teams to the newly launched bowling team—while also spotlighting business sponsors in his graphics to strengthen community partnerships.

Unlike many schools that delegate social media to a separate role, Weston personally produces all posts on top of his AD responsibilities, reflecting his belief that every athlete deserves to be seen, celebrated, and supported.
