Brett is a tireless and dedicated Athletic Director whose commitment to his athletes, staff, and school is unmatched. He works extraordinary hours, leads with heart, and consistently ensures that every aspect of the athletic program runs with excellence. His passion for student-athletes is evident in everything he does.

Brett’s influence extends far beyond wins and losses—he shapes lives. Former players still reach out to him years later, a testament to the deep and lasting relationships he builds. He instills work ethic, resilience, and pride in those he leads, and many former student-athletes credit him with helping shape who they are today.

A proven culture-builder, Brett helped establish the defining motto, “Break the Rock,” symbolizing hard work and perseverance. That standard lives on through coaches who once played under him and now lead programs of their own—evidence of the legacy and belief he inspires in others. Wherever Brett goes, people buy in, work hard, and commit to something bigger than themselves.

He leads with integrity, humility, and unwavering support. Brett is the type of leader who will do whatever it takes for his athletes and coaches—quite literally the person who would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it.
