TJ has dedicated the last decade to enhancing the experiences of student-athletes and the broader Madison-Grant community, often sacrificing personal time to ensure programs thrive.

He has strengthened connections between local youth leagues and school-based athletics, volunteered as a youth coach, and fostered cohesion among coaches through professional development and clear program expectations. TJ also champions equity and inclusion, ensuring all athletes—boys and girls alike—receive the same recognition, support, and hospitality at events.

An innovative leader, TJ developed the MG Athletics App to deepen community engagement and instituted study tables and academic support programs to prioritize student success. Through his vision, dedication, and tireless service, TJ has created a stronger, more connected athletic community.
