Reid is a devoted Athletic Director who supports every student-athlete, coach, and sport in his school while balancing unwavering support for his own children. His dedication is felt by all, from cross country runners to tennis players, ensuring each athlete receives recognition and encouragement regardless of their sport.

Reid’s impact is evident in the lasting connections he builds with students, including guiding a foster student to become a multi-sport All-State athlete and college standout, now thriving as a coach and father. He fosters community pride by celebrating achievements, organizing spirited send-offs, and ensuring all athletes feel valued and supported.

A tireless leader, Reid maintains extensive communication and coverage of events, posting results and highlights for every team through social media, ensuring no athlete is overlooked. He demonstrates extraordinary commitment, often traveling long distances to support his own children while attending nearly every school event to cheer on “his school kids.”
