As Athletic Director at Monroe St. Mary Catholic Central, Jared Janssen is known for his unwavering presence and commitment to his student-athletes. Despite having a young family at home, he makes it a priority to attend at least one event for every sport each season, showing athletes across all programs that their hard work and dedication matter. Jared also runs the school’s athletic social media and marketing, intentionally highlighting students from every background and sport while using those platforms to support college recruiting opportunities. His thoughtful, consistent promotion of the Falcons and Kestrels athletics has helped elevate both visibility and pride across the community.

Under his leadership, the school has even been recognized as the best school for athletes in Michigan out of 755, a reflection of the culture he helps create every day.
