Jeremy Eubank leads Prince Edward County athletics with a service-first mindset, using thoughtful leadership, clear communication, and intentional branding to elevate education-based athletics for every student. Across his roles at Chatham Hall, North Cross, and now Prince Edward, he has expanded sport offerings, aligned structures for coaches, and modernized promotion so programs are easier to run and more rewarding to experience. He’s known for creating unified branding, all-sport summer camps, and community-centered events like youth nights, teacher appreciation celebrations, and partnerships with local colleges—initiatives that help every program feel valued and seen.

Beyond his own campus, Jeremy contributes at the state level through committee and leadership work that strengthens processes, professional development, and visibility for schools across Virginia. A product of “education-based athletics” himself, he brings small-town values and a deep belief in belonging to every decision he makes.
