Grant Lewis has reshaped Franklin Township athletics into a truly connected K–12 program centered on education-based athletics and character development. He created a Head Coaches Retreat that aligns every head coach in the district around one shared goal: improving the student-athlete experience and learning from one another to better serve kids at every level.Grant has also built a culture where all 26 sports are treated with equal respect and recognition, while expanding opportunities through Unified Flag Football, Unified Track & Field, and Sparkle Cheerleading for students in special education. He consistently goes above and beyond his job description, pushing innovation, communication, and community-focused events so that every athlete feels seen and supported. At the heart of his leadership is a simple belief: athletics should make school better for kids—and he lives that out every day.
