Scott A. Lane is being nominated for the Gipper Hall of Fame for his tireless work ethic and day-to-day dedication to the students and programs at Crockett ISD. He is deeply invested in academics, regularly checking in with teachers to ensure student-athletes are taking care of their grades in the classroom and meeting expectations off the field as well as on it. Scott helps build a strong sense of belonging by making sure all kids are included in team gatherings and meals, reinforcing that every student is part of the program’s family.

Through his constant relationship-building with both students and staff, he fosters a positive, supportive environment where young people feel seen, encouraged, and pushed to grow.
