He has transformed Clyde athletics through major facility upgrades, the hosting of high-profile tournaments, and a relentless commitment to creating safe, competitive, and community-centered environments.

Beyond athletics, Ryan has strengthened the heart of the district by honoring veterans and fallen community members, leading the construction of two armed-forces memorials, and championing countless service initiatives that foster unity and pride. His leadership shines brightest in moments of crisis—most notably when he braved whiteout conditions to help evacuate victims of a devastating turnpike accident—embodying courage, compassion, and responsibility far beyond the expectations of an athletic director.
