Lou has transformed Falcon athletics through visionary leadership, student-centered programming, and a community-first approach that elevates every athlete, coach, and program.

Committed to student and coach development, Lou has created workshops on leadership, sportsmanship, and mental health, while implementing multi-sport initiatives that increase athlete retention and reduce burnout. Under his guidance, Falcon athletics has expanded access and equity, supporting underrepresented sports, providing transportation and equipment for all programs, and adding three unified sports programs that bring together students with and without disabilities. His efforts have steadily increased female athlete participation and ensured that every student feels seen, valued, and supported.

Lou strengthened school pride through community events, youth clinics, and alumni engagement, while leveraging technology and facility improvements to make athletics more transparent, safe, and celebratory. Leading with humility and unwavering commitment, Lou’s influence extends far beyond wins, shaping students into leaders, teammates, and contributors to the broader community.
